These Terms govern your use of TuServerMU, the single sign-on account and "Login con TuServerMU" identity service for the MU Online ecosystem. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TuServerMU lets players hold one secure account across participating MU Online sites, forums and launchers, and lets server operators add "Login con TuServerMU" (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect) to their stack. We may add, change or remove features over time.

If you register an OAuth application, you must keep your client secret confidential, request only the scopes you need, handle user data in line with our Privacy Policy and your own, and not misrepresent your app. We may suspend apps that abuse the service or harm users.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or change the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuServerMU is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Parts of TuServerMU let you post content: forum topics and replies, marketplace and server listings, profiles and reviews. You are solely responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the rights to it. By posting, you grant TuServerMU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within the ecosystem so the service can operate. You must not post anything illegal, infringing, or contrary to our Anti-Piracy Policy. We may remove any content and suspend accounts at our discretion, without notice.
We respect the intellectual property of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. We do not host game files, and we remove infringing material when we receive a valid notice. If you believe content on TuServerMU infringes your copyright, use our DMCA & Copyright notice-and-takedown process. We disable or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuServerMU and its operators from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you post, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
The Store lets independent sellers list products and services and connect their own payment methods. Any purchase is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller. TuServerMU is not the seller, is not a party to the transaction, never receives or holds the funds, and gives no warranty on listed items. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, prices, delivery, taxes and support; buyers transact at their own risk. Disputes must be resolved between the buyer and the seller. Report abusive listings and we may remove them and suspend accounts.
"MU Online" and related game trademarks belong to their respective owners. TuServerMU is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WebZen or any game publisher.
We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
