TuServerMU is a platform for the MU Online private-server community: a toplist, a forum, a marketplace and a browser file editor. We respect intellectual property and expect the same from everyone who uses the ecosystem. This policy explains where we stand on copyrighted and pirated content.
MU Online and its client, assets and binaries are the property of Webzen Inc. TuServerMU does not host, distribute or sell any game client, server files, executables or other copyrighted Webzen material. The store never stores files: listings link out to the seller's own external location, and the seller alone is responsible for what they distribute. The MU file editor runs entirely in your browser: it opens the files already on your computer, edits them locally and never uploads or keeps a copy on our servers.
Listing a private server on the toplist or promoting it in the forum does not mean TuServerMU endorses or is responsible for how that server is operated. Each administrator runs their server at their own risk and is solely responsible for complying with the law and with Webzen's rights in their jurisdiction.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on TuServerMU infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the URL, a description of the work and a statement that you are authorized to act. We review every report and remove infringing content promptly. For the full DMCA notice-and-takedown process (and an online form), see our DMCA & Copyright page.
We may remove any listing, post or server and suspend the accounts involved when this policy is broken, without prior notice. Repeat or serious infringement leads to a permanent ban across the whole ecosystem.
